Landrace, located in the lovely downtown hotel, Thompson San Antonio, opened at the beginning of 2021 to much acclaim. Led by celebrity chef, Steve McHugh, also a James Beard Award finalist, the restaurant is certainly leading the race when it comes to presenting guests with an exceptional meal in an equally exceptional curated environment. The seasonal menu focuses on regional and heritage ingredients, native to Texas lands and highlights everything from the freshest coastal seafood to perfectly grilled bison and Texas Wagyu.
