On May 11th we hosted our first official launch party for the Arts Residences at at our sales gallery located at 115 Auditorium Circle in San Antonio. The invite list included top San Antonio Realtors, San Antonio influencers, city officials, members of the art and culinary scene, as well as executives from DC Partners and Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.
As guests entered through the doors of the gallery, each were greeted with a taste of The Arts Residences; the level of design, quality and potential lifestyle. Hors d’oeuvres from local restaurant and future neighbor of the Arts Residences, Pharm Table, included salmon ceviche served in bamboo boats, jicama tacos with smoked brisket and chile pequin avocado pearls, amongst other delicious culinary combinations.
We wanted the cocktails to reflect the uniqueness of the Arts Residences and the Thompson brand so naturally we partnered with local bartender Adrian Sarabia to create two signature cocktails for the event. The first cocktail was appropriately named “The Modernist” – a modern take on the classic Monte Carlo cocktail with Rebecca Creek Whiskey, benedictine, bitters, and orange stirred over an oversized ice cube and served in a lowball glass. The second cocktail of the night was “The Artist” – a variation of the Vesper cocktail (007, anyone?) with Seersucker gin, St. Germaine and lemon.
Our sales gallery features a full kitchen model and two bathroom models so buyers can understand the high level of finishes and unique design standards that will be implemented into The Arts Residences. Along with the model, we have an entire room dedicated to housing selections that can be chosen from, including tile, flooring, counter tops, etc.
The sales gallery will be the epicenter for the Arts Residences until the building is completed in 2019. Ultimately we wanted to create an area that embodied what The Arts Residences will be once completed and we are happy to announce the sales gallery truly conveys a sense of the Thompson brand and the unparalleled level of luxury that comes with that!
